A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Woodbury County Criminal History does not keep its own log of those search terms.

Woodbury County Criminal History does not host, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It explains how to reach the Woodbury County Sheriff's Office, Iowa District Court clerk, Iowa DCI, and Iowa Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into records about other people or into consumer reports. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
